(Asphodel-Norwood Township, ON) – A minor collision on Highway 7 in Norwood has led to charges for an area man. Just after 2:00pm on Monday December 15, 2014 members of the Peterborough County OPP were called to investigate a two vehicle collision near the post office.
Everett FOWLER (age 56) of Asphodel-Norwood Township was arrested at the collision scene and charged with Impaired Driving and Driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in his blood. The accused will appear in a Peterborough Provincial court on January 22, 2014.
