(LEAMINGTON, ON) – On December 12, 2016 at approximately 11:15 p.m. members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a man about to leave a Leamington parking lot in a silver GMC Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV).
The driver exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested.
Erich TOBER, age 68 of Leamington, Ontario has been charged with Care and Control of a Motor Vehicle While Ability Impaired and Care and Control of a Motor Vehicle, Exceed 80 Milligrams and will appear in a Leamington, Ontario court on January 19, 2017 to answer to the charges.
TOBER’s drivers licence has been suspended for 7 days and his vehicle impounded for the same period.
