(ORILLIA, ON) – The Orillia Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a male with impaired driving in Ramara Township.
On September 3, 2015 at approximately 11:24 p.m., Orillia OPP officers stopped a vehicle for driving with no rear lights. The vehicle was stopped on Highway 12 near County Road 169. After further investigation the male driver was arrested at the scene.
Eric MARCHI, 35 years old of Georgina, has been charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Over 80 Milligrams Blood/Alcohol. He was released on a Promise to Appear in Orillia court on September 15, 2015.
