(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), officers were called to a single motor vehicle collision on the 403 Highway off ramp at Rest Acres Road.
At approximately 10:17 p.m. Monday February 3rd, 2014, officers were called to a motor vehicle collision and were advised that the driver had sustained minor injuries. Officers arrived at the scene and talked to the male driver. The driver had the odour of alcohol on his breath and was given the Roadside Screening Test. The driver of the vehicle was transported to the local hospital for his injuries. The driver was given Intoxilyzer Tests at the area hospital.
Eric HARMER 25 years of age from the County of Brant is facing the following Criminal charge
Drive Over 80 milligrams
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on February 28th, 2014 to answer to the charges.
