(KAPUSKASING, ON) – On April, 2015, Kapuskasing Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a call for service with regards to an intoxicated male at one of the local financial institutions. As a result of police investigation, Emerson CHEECHOO, 36, of Kapuskasing, has been charged with Being intoxicated in a public place as per section 31(4) of the Liquor Licence Act (LLA)
