(KAPUSKASING, ON) – On April 9, 2015, Kapuskasing Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a call for service regarding a male falling in the streets of Kapuskasing. As a result of police investigation, Emerson CHEECHOO, 37, of Kapuskasing has been charged following:
