(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On November 13th, 2015, at approximately 11:50pm an officer from the Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a motor vehicle near Division Street and Front Street in Trenton that was being driven erratically.
After an investigation by the officer it was determined that the driver’s ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by alcohol.
Elizabeth SHEWMAN, 49 years old, of Colborne has been charged with Driving with more than 80mgs of Alcohol in Blood.
The 49 year old female is to appear at The Ontario Court of Justice, 15 Bridge Street West, Belleville on November 26th, 2015.
