(ST.MARYS, ON) On Wednesday May 02, 2012, a Perth County OPP officer in St.Marys was requested to attend at a St.Marys bank regarding a female in the bank who may be using fraudulent identification to obtain a loan.
The officer determined that the documents provided by the female were forged. The female was arrested by the officer and upon verification of her actual identity she was released on a Promise to Appear. Elizabeth Lacroix (41) of Malton, has been charged with two counts of “uttering a forged documentâ€Â, and one count of “fraud under $5000â€Â. She is scheduled to appear in Stratford Court on June 11, 2012 to answer to these charges.
