(TECUMSEH, ON)— The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Tecumseh stopped a vehicle for erratic driving on November 28, 2015 at approximately 3:30 a.m. on Banwell Road in Tecumseh.
Officers spoke to the lone male occupant of the vehicle who exhibited signs of impairment. He was issued a Roadside Screening Device Demand which he registered a “fail”.
He was arrested at the scene.
Eivan ORAHA (male), age 33 of Windsor was charged with Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content. He will appear in a Windsor court on December 14, 2015 to answer to the charge.
The OPP would like to sincerely thank the citizens of Essex County for their ongoing efforts to assist police agencies in stopping drunk drivers. Police rely on the public to alert officers of suspected impaired drivers now, during the holiday season, and throughout the year.
