(SUDBURY, ON)- On March 22, 2016, at approximately 5:00 p.m., members from the Sudbury Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) initiated a traffic stop on Highway 17 in the City of Greater Sudbury.
As a result of the investigation, it was found that the vehicle being operated had an expired validation sticker and that the driver was under suspension.
David ECCLESTON, 30 years of age, from Espanola, was charged with the following:
Driving while under suspension, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
Drive motor vehicle, no currently validated permit, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sudbury, on April 18, 2016.
