(Cavan-Monaghan Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a vehicle after being clocked at 170km/h just after 2:00am this morning. The southbound vehicle was stopped near Tapley 1/4 Line on Highway 115. The driver was investigated and arrested for impaired driving.
Dylan PARK (age 18) of Clancy Crescent Peterborough is charged with impaired driving, driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in his blood and dangerous driving. The accused is due in Peterborough Provincial Court on February 19, 2015.
