(KINCARDINE, ON) – On December 24th, 2010 at 10:51 pm, officers of the South Bruce OPP detachment set up R.I.D.E. on Russell Street in Kincardine. At 11:15 pm, a car stopped and the officers determined that the driver had been drinking alcohol. 19 year old Dylan MARKHAM of Kincardine has been charged with Young driver blood alcohol above zero.
