(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment have charged a 31 year old male after police responded to an incident at a Crosier Street, Delhi, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at approximately 4:38 p.m., police were contacted by a concerned homeowner reporting that an unknown person was inside their residence.
Through investigation it was determined that a male forcibly gained entry into a residence and removed some property. The male attempted to flee from the residence and was taken into custody by police without further incident.
Charged with break and enter and possession of property obtained by crime under $5000 X2, is 31 year old year old Dustin Mark GALLAGHER of no fixed address.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
