Dustin James KINMOND – Breach X3, Obstruct Police

(PEMBROKE, ON) – On the evening of June 20, 2016 officers with the Upper Ottawa Valley Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle in the City of Pembroke after a Highway Traffic Act (HTA) violation was noted. A male passenger in the vehicle provided a false name to police and subsequent investigation found that he was breaching alcohol and curfew conditions. Dustin James KINMOND, age 23 of Quinte West, Ontario, was taken into custody and charged with the following Criminal Code charges:

Obstruct Peace Officer

Fail to Comply with Recognizance – 3 counts

He was held for a bail hearing on June 21, 2016 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke and he remains in custody until his next court appearance on June 29, 2016 in Pembroke court.
