Dustin GALLAGHER – Theft, Break And Enter, etc, etc.

(OXFORD COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has been investigating several break, enter and thefts that occurred in various locations between October 23, 2016 and November 1, 2016 throughout Oxford County.

As a result of investigation members of the Oxford County Street Team have recovered a variety of property and arrested and charged is 33-year-old Dustin GALLAGHER of London under the Criminal Code of Canada with the following:

Theft Under $5,000 from a Motor Vehicle (10 counts)

Break, Enter a place – commit indictable offence

Break, Enter a place – with intent to commit indictable offence

Use of Credit Card (6 counts)

Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 – in Canada

Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000

Possession of Proceeds of Crime Under $5,000

The male was held for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock.
