(SUDBURY, ON)- On April 3, 2016, at approximately 9:27 p.m., members from the Sudbury Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) initiated a traffic stop on Highway 17, in the City of Greater Sudbury.
As a result of the investigation, it was found that the male driver was under suspension.
Shawn DUNCAN, 37 years of age, from Sudbury, was charged with: Driving while under suspension, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sudbury, on May 2, 2016.
