DUBREUIL – Drive While Suspended

(SPANISH, ON) – On April 4, 2016, the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was on regular patrol duties in the Town of Spanish.

At 12:50 p.m., police observed a northbound vehicle on Colonization Road. A traffic stop was initiated. As a result of the investigation, the driver was found to be a suspended driver.

Daniel DUBREUIL, 38 years of age, from Spanish, Ontario was charged with: Driving While Under Suspension, contrary to section 53(1) of the Highway Traffic Act.

The accused is schedule to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Blind River on May 25, 2016.
