(LAKESHORE, ON) – On October 29, 2016 at approximately 11:30 p.m. Lakeshore Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) members were dispatched to a traffic complaint on County Road 42 near Manning Road in Lakeshore, Ontario.
Police were advised that the complainant was following a white Honda that was driving erratically and had been observed travelling in the oncoming lane for traffic.
Police located and stopped the vehicle on Puce Road, north of Essex County Road 42 and found it occupied by a female driver and two young children.
The driver exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested by police.
Lien TRAN (F), age 45 of Lakeshore, Ontario will appear in a Windsor court on November 10, 2016 to answer to the charges of Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Exceed 80 Milligrams of Alcohol.
