(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged a 66 year old male with Drinking and Driving offences after being called to an Iron Bridge Court, Caledonia, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Friday March 20th, 2015 at approximately 8:35 am Police were called to the Iron Bridge Crt. address after a silver 2010 Honda car left the street, struck a tree and came to rest against a house.
No injuries were sustained during the collision and the house was not damaged.
As a result of the investigation Police have charged 66 year old John BORSC of Haldimand County, ON with Care and Control of a Motor Vehicle while impaired by alcohol and Care and Control of a Motor Vehicle with over the legal limit of alcohol. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
