Police located the vehicle on the shoulder of Perth Road 119. Through investigation, it was determined that the driver had consumed alcohol. He was arrested and transported to an OPP detachment for further testing.
As a result, forty-nine-year old Raymond CODDINGTON of the Town of St. Marys was charged with:
Care or control over 80 milligrams.
He was later released on a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
