Barrie Police responded to a motor vehicle collision at Anne and Cundles Rd. The officers arrived a located a man and woman still sitting in their vehicle. The officers spoke to several witnesses that stated that the male and female exchanged seats. The officer interviewed the male and determined that he was under the influence of alcohol. The male was arrested and transported to the station to administer the breath tests. The 62 yr old Barrie male was charged with impaired driving and excess blood alcohol with an October court date.
