(OXFORD COUNTY, ON.) – On December 31, 2014 at approximately 10:49 p.m. Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a complaint of a vehicle being driven erratically and at a high rate of speed on Highway 401 eastbound
Police located and observed the vehicle to be travelling at an approximately 170 km/hr.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 29 year old Nevil KING of Mississauga with the following:
Driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in blood Criminal Code of Canada
Drive while under suspension Highway Traffic Act
Race a motor vehicle Highway Traffic Act
The male was released on a Promise to Appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on January 20, 2015.
