(WALKERTON, ON) – On December 23, 2016 at 4:35 p.m., members of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting R.I.D.E. on Yonge Street north in Walkerton when a Red Ford F150 p/up truck stopped. Officers noted that the driver had been drinking alcohol. Fifty-two-year old John SPITZIG of Brockton was charged with impaired operation and operate over 80 milligrams. He was held in custody pending the results of a bail hearing.
