Barrie Police were called by a concerned citizen who witnessed a male exit a local establishment downtown and stumble towards his vehicle. The male nearly fell prior to getting into his vehicle. After a search of the area, police located the vehicle and male driver a short time later.
A 56 yr old Barrie man was arrested. The intoxicated male was three times over the legal limit of alcohol in his system. The male was lodged in cells until sober and released with a future court date.
