(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On November 22, 2013 at approximately 8:58 p.m. Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers observed a 2008 Volkswagon travelling at a high rate of speed westbound on Highway 401 near Townline Road in Puslinch Twp. Police investigated the male driver and a quantity of marihuana, ecstasy and magic mushrooms (psilocybin) were seized.
Michael Shaw aged 26 of Sarnia has been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance x3 contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act and Speeding contrary to the Highway Traffic Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on January 10, 2014 to answer to the charges.
