(WELLINGTON NORTH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On January 4, 2014 at approximately 11:54 p.m., officers from Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) had a R.I.D.E. program in the Town of Arthur on Highway 6 near Wells Street. The male driver of a 2002 Toyota was investigated and marihuana was discovered.
Travis CAINE age 20 of Holland Centre is charged with Possession of Marihuana contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear at Guelph Criminal Court on February 4, 2014.
