(Ottawa)—On June 24, 2015, the Ottawa Police Service Drug Unit conducted a CDSA (Control Drug and Substance Act) warrant in the 300 block of Abbeydale Circle subsequent to a cocaine trafficking investigation.
Items seized from this investigation include:
961.85 gr of Cocaine, a value of $96,185.00
$961.00 in US Currency
$15,770.00 in Canadian Currency
Ballistic Vest (Canadian Armed Forces)
Cocaine Press
Two Stun Guns
One Handgun silencer
Four rounds of 12 gauge shotgun ammunition
Pistol Grip and Foregrip kit for shotgun
Digital Scale, Packaging, Identification
Graham MACDONALD, 30 years old, of Ottawa was charged with:
Possession of Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking x 2 CDSA
Possess Proceeds of Property over $5000.00 x 1 Criminal Code
Possess Prohibited Device x 1 Criminal Code
Possess Prohibited Weapon x 2 Criminal Code
Ashley ALLEN, 21 years old, of Ottawa was charged with and awaiting possible other charges:
Possession of Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking x 1 CDSA
Both were released and have a next court date of July 22, 2015.
A third person, who has not been arrested, is also facing charges in relation to this investigation.
