(Embrun) On August 14th 2015, members of the Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau – Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) – Project Paradigm executed a Search Warrant in the town of Embrun, the result of an investigation by the Russell OPP Community Drug Action Team.
Investigators seized cannabis marihuana and drug trafficking equipment.
Roger BOUCHARD (22) from Embrun, was arrested and charged with the following:
Roger BOUCHARD- Possession of a substance in Schedule 2 (cannabis marihuana) for the purpose of trafficking C.D.S.A. Section 5(2)
Ryan MONTGOMERY (19) from Embrun, was arrested and charged with the following:
Ryan MONTGOMERY- Possession of a substance in Schedule 2 (cannabis marihuana) for the purpose of trafficking C.D.S.A. Section 5(2)
The accused were released on a promise to appear and are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice of Ontario in L’Orignal, (ON) on October 7th 2015.
