On January 12th in the early morning hours officers on general patrol located a single vehicle parked at Sulpher Springs Conservation Area. Upon checking the vehicle officers discovered the lone occupant was in possesion of marihuana. The accused was charged woth possession of a controlled substance and released on an appearance notice with a court date of March 3rd.
