(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP, ON) -On December 21, 2013, at approximately 12:21 a.m., officers from the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Festive R.I.D.E. Team conducted a R.I.D.E. spot check on Highway 7 and Woolwich-Guelph Townline, Guelph-Eramosa Twp. The male driver and male passenger of a 2013 Chevrolet were spoken with and during the investigation suspected marihuana and cocaine were seized.
Dylan REILLY age 20 of Guelph has been charged with Possession of a Cocaine and Possession of Marihuana contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on February 7, 2014 to answer to the charges.
Dominic PRESCOTT age 19 of Guelph has been charged with Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Marihuana contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is also charged with Obstruct a Police Officer contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on February 7, 2014 to answer the charges.
