(GUELPH, ON) – On Friday August 2, 2013 at approximately 12:30am Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers had initiated a RIDE Program at the intersection of Highway 6 South and College Avenue in the City of Guelph. A 2013 Chevrolet entered the RIDE and during the investigation, suspected marihuana was turned over to police by the driver.
Patrick HUXLEY aged 27 of Brantford is charged with Possession of Marihuana Under 30 Grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on September 17, 2013 to answer to the charge.
