(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County Detachment has charged three people after executing a warrant at a Logan Road, Haldimand County, Ontario address.
On Thursday March 16, 2017 members of the OPP Haldimand and Norfolk Street Crime Unit with assistance from the OPP West Region Emergency Response Team (ERT) executed a warrant at a residence which resulted in the seizure of a quantity of illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia.
OPP has charged the following individuals:
23-year-old Martin GORDYN of Dunnville, Ontario with:
– two counts of possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking
– possession of a Schedule II substance for the purpose of trafficking
– Failing to comply with a probation order
– Disobeying a court order
36-year-old Renee BAKER of Dunnville, Ontario with:
– two counts of possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking
– possession of a Schedule II substance for the purpose of trafficking
– Failing to comply with a probation order
– Failing to comply with an undertaking issued by an officer
42-year-old Jason TAYLOR of Dunnville, Ontario with:
– two counts of possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking
– possession of a Schedule II substance for the purpose of trafficking.
All three individuals are to appear in Provincial Court Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charges.
