Drug Bust In Rockwood

(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TWP., ON) – On April 23, 2015 at approximately 1:30 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police Street Crime Unit, Uniform Patrol Officers, and West Region Emergency Response Team executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act warrant at a residence on Gzowski Street, Town of Rockwood, Guelph-Eramosa Twp.

A large amount of marihuana bud was seized along with a quantity of marihuana resin, currency, and items associated with drug trafficking.

While no parties were present at the home during the execution of the warrant, 4 parties were later arrested.

Dianne MORRISON age 57 of Guelph-Eramosa is charged with;

Possession of Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking

Possession of a Schedule II Substance over 1 gram

She is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on May 29, 2015 to answer to the charges.

Guy PAYNE age 60 of Guelph-Eramosa is charged with;

Possession of Marijuana over 30 grams

Possession of a Schedule II Substance (resin) over 1 gram

He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal court on May 29, 2015 to answer the charges.

Dylan PAYNE age 21 of Guelph-Eramosa is charged with;

Possession of Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (marihuana)

Possession of a Schedule II Substance (resin) over 1 gram

He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on May 29, 2015 to answer to the charges.

Kevin PAYNE age 56 of Guelph-Eramosa is charged with;

Possession of Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
