(COLLINGWOOD, ON) Officers from the Collingwood and The Blue Mountains detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Crime Prevention and Street Crimes Unit with the assistance of the OPP Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau – Central Drug Enforcement Unit and Community Drug Action Team (CDAT) executed a warrant yesterday at a residence in Collingwood.
On May 19 2016, officers attended a residence on First Street where they conducted a search warrant which led to the arrest of one male and the seizure of marihuana and hash oil. Officers also located a bicycle which had been reported stolen in Collingwood a few weeks ago; it has now been returned to its rightful owner.
Charged is 46 year-old Richard FIEGEHEN of Collingwood, he is facing charges of possession of marihuana under 30 grams, possession of cannabis resin over 1 gram and possession of property obtained by crime. He is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Collingwood on the June 28 2016.
