(SIOUX LOOKOUT, ON.) The Sioux Lookout Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged 3 persons with drug possession after a search warrant was executed at a Sioux Lookout residence.
During the early morning hours of January 8, 2014, members of the Sioux Lookout OPP, Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau (OCEB) and the Northwest Region Crime Unit executed a search warrant at a Prince Street residence.
As a result of the search, officers recovered a quantity of drugs that were suspected to be cocaine.
As a result of the investigation, charged with possession of a controlled substance is 43 year old Frederick BELMORE of Sioux Lookout, 42 year old Betty Ann NECAN of New Saugeen, and 32 year old Dorothy OOMBASH, also of New Saugeen.
All 3 were later released from custody and are scheduled to appear in Sioux Lookout court on Febraury 25, 2014.
