(CALEDON, ON) – On April 16, 2015 members from the Caledon OPP Street Crime Unit (SCU) and the Community Response Unit (CRU) executed a CDSA (Controlled Drug and Substances Act) warrant at a Caledon residence.
While executing the warrant, officers located a quantity of drugs, believed to marihuana inside the residence.
A 17 year-old male was arrested and charged with Possession of a Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking.
The Young Person was released to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Orangeville at a later date.
His name is withheld due to provisions under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
