On October 3, 2013 at 9:33 a.m., the Guelph Police received a complaint of a male yelling and screaming in the wooded area behind James Street East. Police attended to the area and located the man. Police observed the male to be exhibiting abnormal behavior and also observed a syringe next to him containing what is alleged to be Methamphetamine. The 30-year-old Guelph male was arrested and has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
