(NORTH MIDDLESEX, ON) – On September 3, 2018, at approximately 5:00 a.m., a member of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop of an erratic driver on Elginfield Road, North Middlesex.
The officer determined that the 32-year-old, female driver of the vehicle was operating the motor vehicle while impaired by drugs. The driver was arrested and transported to a police station for further testing.
As a result of the police investigation, Houry BAGHDADIAN, of Willodale, Ontario has been charged with Driving While Ability Impaired – by Drug, pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada (CC).
The accused is scheduled to appear in a London court room on October 15, 2018 to answer to the charge.
