(BRANT TWP, ON) – On September 25, 2013 at 1:12 am, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a single vehicle crash along Bruce County Road 3 in Brant Township. Officers attended with Bruce County Ambulance and the Walkerton Fire Department to find a Red Dodge Caravan in the ditch. The van was northbound on Bruce County Road 3 when an animal ran onto the roadway and the driver swerved to miss it. He lost control of the van and entered the ditch where the van rolled over. The driver was taken to the Walkerton hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
