Driver Gets Careless Driving Charge For Going Wrong Way

(OXFORD COUNTY, ON.) – On May 9, 2016 at approximately 9:34 p.m. Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a vehicle travelling eastbound on Highway 401 westbound.

Police located the vehicle East of Putnam on the Highway 401 westbound shoulder.

As a result of investigation, police have charged the 49-year-old male driver, Antoine GODDYN of Aylmer under the Highway Traffic Act with the following:
