(BRANT TWP, ON) – On May 19th, 2012 at 12:28 am, a South Bruce OPP officer was on patrol along Bruce County Road 4 in Brant Township when a Blue Honda Civic pulled into the officer’s path. The office was forced to brake sharply to avoid a collision with the other vehicle. The Honda was stopped and the officer found open liquor in the vehicle. The driver, 26 year old Stephanie CASWELL of Durham, was charged with G1 driver – accompanying driver blood alcohol above zero. The passengers, 37 year old Patrick ARTHURS of Grey Highlands and 37 year old John DUGUAY of Durham, were both charged with Open liquor out of residence.
