Shortly after 7:00 a.m. yesterday morning, an officer was driving northbound on Keil Drive in Chatham when he observed a vehicle with an expired validation sticker. The officer initiated a traffic stop and learned that the validation expired in December 2013. The officer further learned that the motor vehicle was not insured.
A 53-year-old Chatham man has been charged with operating a motor vehicle without insurance and driving with no validation on licence plate.
