(TOWNSHIP OF SOUTHGATE, ON) – On Tuesday, September 16, 2014, at approximately 6:15 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a motor vehicle collision on Southgate Road 24 in the Township of Southgate.
A 2006 Pontiac Montana was travelling westbound on Southgate Road 24 when it struck a parked, unattended vehicle and trailer on the north shoulder of the road. The driver of the van was taken to hospital with minor injuries and released.
Aksa DEVIA, age 68, of the Township of Southgate was charged with careless driving under the Highway Traffic Act.
