DRIVER CHARGED AFTER SINGLE VEHICLE COLLISION

(SOUTHWEST MIDDLESEX, ON) On Wednesday July 31, 2013 at 3:09 a.m. members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single vehicle collision on Melbourne Road, located in Southwest Middlesex. Police learned that Ford pick-up had left the roadway and entered the ditch.

As a result of an investigation police have charged the driver Bradley MCCORMICK, 18 of North Middlesex with Careless Driving and Driving while under Suspension as per the Highway Traffic Act (HTA). The driver was issued two, Part III Summons and is scheduled to appear in a London court room on September 9, 2013 to speak to the charges.
