(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) – On July 5, 2014 an OPP officer was stopped at the intersection of Pontypool Road and Highway 35 when a vehicle was observed making an illegal pass while northbound on Highway 35.
As a result of the officers’ observations the vehicle was stopped. Investigation revealed that the driver was suspended from driving.
Andrew ODONNELL, 27 years of age, of Toronto was charged with driving while suspended and passing when roadway was not clear, both Highway Traffic Act related offences.
The accused will appear in court, in Lindsay, on August 12, 2014,
