28-year old Charles STOCK of Wellington, ON is charged with Operation With Over 80mgs. of Alcohol, contrary to Section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada. The accused was released from police custody on a promise to appear with a court date of January 22, 2014 in the Ontario Court of Justice, Picton.
