(South Glengarry) – On March 8, 2016 at approximately 12:40pm, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers intercepted a vehicle for speeding on Highway 401, South Glengarry Township. The stop resulted in the seizure of quantities of suspected marihuana, cocaine, liquid codeine as well as Xanax and Percocet pills.
The adult male driver, Julian LOZON (23) and passengers, Neil KNOWLTON (male-24) and Tayelor Young (female-19), all from Toronto, Ontario were arrested and each charged with;
– Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (4 counts)
– Possession of a Controlled Substance-Under 30 Grams (marihuana)
KNOWLTON faces an additional charge of;
– Fail to Comply with a Probation Order (previous incident)
All were released and scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Alexandria on May 11, 2016.
