(SARNIA, ON) On November 24, 2013, at around 2:00 a.m., Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) located a Pontiac motor vehicle that was stopped in the southbound lane of Mandaumin road just north of Lakeshore road.
OPP stopped to check on the welfare of the people in the vehicle but instead became involved in an investigation. As a result of the traffic investigation, the driver was arrested and as a result of subsequent breath tests that allege over three times the legal limit, the female driver was charged with care or control while impaired and care or control over the legal limit.
Thirty year year old Heather BOWSER, of Sarnia has a Sarnia court appearance of December 09, 2013 to answer to the charges.
