(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were dispatched to a single motor vehicle collision on the 403 Highway west of Paris Road, in the County of Brant, on January 9, 2015.
At approximately 1:06 a.m. officers were called to a vehicle in the ditch on the 403 Highway. Officers attended the scene and while talking to the driver, he could smell the odour of alcohol. The driver was given the Roadside Screening Test. As a result of the test the male driver was transported to Norfolk County detachment for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Drew MOORE 20 years of age from Oxford County is facing the following criminal charges
Drive Over 80 mgs of Blood Alcohol Content
Driving While Disqualified
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on a later date.
