(ELLIOT LAKE, ON) – The East Algoma OPP (Ontario Provincial Police) has charged a local male after receiving a call of harassment by a tenant at an apartment building on Axmith Avenue in Elliot Lake.
On February 25, 2016 at approximately 7:10 a.m. police attended the residence of the victim which stated that they were being harassed and yelled at by a downstairs neighbour. Police had previously been called in regards to a same type of incident on February 23, 2016 where the suspect was cautioned.
Charged with the following is Joe QUINT (41) of Elliot Lake.
Mischief – interfere with any person in the lawful use, enjoyment or operation of property-under $5000 as per sec. 430 of the Criminal Code of Canada. (X4)
The accused is scheduled to appear in Elliot Lake court on April 5, 2016.
